*Two adults and one child aged 6-12 years old. Children under the age of 6 are accommodated free of charge. For special situations not covered by the tables, prices will be established from time to time. During periods commonly considered high season (New Year’s Eve, Easter, August) we ask that you book for a minimum period of three nights.. Breakfast and heating are included in the price.

DEPOSITS


To confirm the reservation, we ask that you send a deposit, amounting to 30% of the total, in one of the following ways:

RESERVATION CANCELLING POLICY


Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, that is, the guest owes nothing and is entitled to a refund of the deposit if it has been paid. From 14 days before arrival until 2 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the total amount, equal to the amount of the deposit, which is taken from the credit card if it has not been paid or is not returned if payment has already been made. If cancellation occurs in the last two days before arrival, or in case of no-show, or if the guest cancels the reservation after arrival, the cancellation fee is the full amount of the booked stay.

PROVIDED SERVICES


  • Breakfast: Breakfast, Italian style, is served at a single table from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the communal living room or outside, depending on the season. Those who prefer to be independent can make prior arrangements to have breakfast in their own apartment.
  • Heating: there is no additional charge for heating; the system is centralized and wood-fired.
  • Linens: apartments are equipped with bed, bath and kitchen necessities; change is provided every 3 to 5 days, depending on the length of stay.
  • Pantry: there is a minimum of basic equipment (salt, sugar, etc.) in the kitchens.
  • Communal living room: in the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and use books, magazines, CDs and DVDs available to all.
  • Pool
  • WI-FI: available throughout the house.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT


To enable the apartments to be cleaned at the time of guest turnover, we ask:
  1. to arrive after 3 PM
  2. to leave within 10,30 AM
If conditions permit these times can be varied, but prior arrangements should be made.
